Still No Snow

But there was a killer thunderstorm! It was wild. I'd almost given up on seeing lightning ever again, but it happened!

Unfortunately that night wasn't super awesome for us because an appointment we were looking forward to all week fell through, but oh well. At least the rain makes everything seem a little more alive, y'know? Maybe it'll make people here cheer up a little, haha.

Otherwise, this week wasn't too bad! We found some cool new investigators, like this guy named Sal! I'd actually talked to him a little bit way back in November, but didn't pick him up as an investigator. We asked if he'd ever talked with missionaries before and he said two different ones had come by then. No Sal, that was me :P

We got to see Patty again this week! She was having a really hard time health wise and emotionally over Christmas, but she's doing lots better now so we can go see her more. We also get to have dinner with the best less-active member ever this week. He's hilarious. I can't wait to actually get the information we need to get his records and get him a home teacher!

So district meetings were only on mondays for last month, now they're on Fridays again. Sad :( No more Missionary FHE for us. On the bright side, we'll probably be way more coherent. Trying to focus after P-day in the evening is hard, haha.

Otherwise, not too crazy of a week. More of the same isn't bad when it's the Lord's work!
